Solutions
To create a xeriscape garden »
- Embellished the front with builder-basic plantings with a more curving turf layout, boulders, and steppings stones to complement the xeriscape plants
To include a small sitting area & allow for space for their dogs »
- Took advantage of the natural drainage to create interest with a dry creek bed and connected a small patio area with the dog grass with an interesting flagstone bridge
To add privacy from neighbors »
- Worked with some columnar varieties of plants and strategically placed trees to frame views and create a sense of enclosure without making the yard feel even smaller
